Registration
The course will be limited to 40 participants and is designed as one sequential, comprehensive course.
Each seminar builds on the previous seminar(s). Attendees must commit to and register for all five seminars.
A certificate of completion will be given after all seminars are completed.

The total fee for all seminars must be paid in full before the first seminar begins.
Optometry students and residents may attend at ½ the regular fee ($1,475).
Optometrists first 2 years in practice will receive an additional 10 % discount ($2,655.00)
